Support contracts are available; scope, coverage and response commitments are defined in each agreement rather than stated as a blanket promise here.
Control systems are production-critical, and the moment they misbehave is never convenient. TDL provides structured support programs — scheduled health checks, preventive maintenance visits, on-call engineers — so you always have a route back to a running plant. We also run role-based training (operator, maintenance, engineering) using your actual system graphics, so the skills built in class transfer directly to the control room.
